Refund Policy

To maintain the momentum of our programs, we are unable to offer refunds on purchases. Each class/workshop that we run was created with the intention of supporting mamas along their journey. In order to offer these services with success, we cannot offer refunds on purchases. If you aren’t sure this program is for you, please sign up for our trail pass first. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Termination of Your Monthly Pass

You can cancel your auto-pay membership anytime in advance of your next auto-pay date by going into your library, selecting your Profile Icon, then Settings, then Billing Information.

Liability Waiver

You understand that exercise may be a risk to your physical health and safety if not done properly. You further understand that it is KUKOON's recommendation that you consult a physician prior to using any props, engaging in any exercise, yoga program, or undertaking any food or diet program, whether or not such program is recommended by KUKOON. You understand that neither KUKOON nor the advice of any KUKOON teacher/affiliate is a substitute for medical advice.

By using this site and any affiliate sites, you agree to hold KUKOON, its agents, assigns, subsidiaries, subtenants, employees, licensees, and officers ("related entities") harmless for any action, suit, claim, loss, injury, or damage, arising from your recklessness, negligence, misuse of equipment, improper execution of generally acceptable exercise or yoga techniques, or for any damage or injury that occurs pursuant to any information received on the Internet, or by any other means now known or later developed.

KUKOON's Fee Based Services

Some of the Services require you to pay a fee, as described in the specific conditions included where those Services are offered. You agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur. Unless otherwise noted, all currency references are in CAD dollars. We may, upon notice if required by applicable laws, at any time change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fee or charge, or institute new fees or charges. All fees and charges are payable in accordance with payment terms in effect at the time the fee or the charge becomes payable.

You will promptly update your registration to keep it accurate, current, and complete. If we issue you a password or coupon code, you may not reveal it to anyone else.
